Jewel Changi Airport

Welcome Back to Jewel Changi Airport For Family-friendly Fun

Though it has opened for public just 2 years ago, Jewel Changi Airport is already an icon of Singapore. Pandemic times are turbulent and leaving them behind, Jewel Changi Airport is now is ready to welcome all of us back this July onward.

We visited it recently and fell in love with it once again. Family fun, laughter, food, shopping – you name it and Jewel Changi Airport has it!

Explore Jewel Changi Airport

Jewel Changi Airport is pretty huge and it’s suggested that you be ready to spend at least half a day exploring Shop, Dine and Play options.

As we all know, Jewel Changi Airport AKA Jewel is a multi-dimensional lifestyle destination with a wide array of offerings for all in the family. There are as many as 280 facets of varied experiences at Jewel! Jewel is well-equipped with family-friendly amenities such as baby care rooms with diaper changing stations, hot water dispensers and comfortable nursing rooms.

Play at Jewel Changi Airport

Parents like us are always scratching their heads when it comes to finding options to keep kids engaged that too in the sweltering heat. We discovered Jewel this time more for Play because it has many indoor play attractions and wide spaces for kids to roam freely. Best thing? it is air-conditioned at all times of the day. Not only kids, adults will super love all these activities.

Next time when you visit Jewel Changi Airport, head straight to the topmost level [L5] to spend time at Canopy Park.an array of exciting play attractions. Jewel’s top floor is indeed a 14000 sqm. recreational wonderland for all.

There are slides, there are bouncing nets, there are mazes – something that kids will get too excited about. Honestly as parents, we also jumped and laughed so much after a long time. We spent good 2-3 hours in experiencing Hedge Maze, Mirror Maze, Manulife Sky Nets – Bouncing and Manulife Sky Nets – Walking. Kids don’t want to come back, Foggy bowls with a gentle mist are perfect for kids.

It’s incredible how Jewel has maintained lush greenery and there are some amazing plants and trees that parents should show and explain to kids. It’s definitely a calm among all the chaos just to sit, relax and appreciate natural beauty.

Make time to experience all these activities:

  • Discovery Slides
  • Foggy Bowls
  • Petal Garden
  • Topiary Walk
  • Canopy Bridge
  • Hedge Maze
  • Mirror Maze
  • Manulife Sky Nets – Bouncing
  • Manulife Sky Nets – Walking

Manulife Sky Nets whether Walking or bouncing are such a delight. Make merry while getting feels of touching the sky.

How it will be a part of the kaleidoscope? Mirror Maze makes you a piece of it and it’s so amazing to see multiple reflections of you and your family.

Canopy Bridge is a not-to-be-missed attraction at Jewel Changi Airport for sure. Highly recommended! Walking on the Canopy Bridge with stunning visuals of HSBC Rain Vortex is simply breathtaking. It’s suspended 23 metres above ground with a glass bottom at the centre portion and fog emitted at both ends. Needless to say, you feel almost magical while strolling. Lots of photo ops so ensure your phone battery is full!

To commemorate Changi Airport’s 40th anniversary, This July, shoppers can enjoy up to 40% discounts off ticket prices at Jewel Changi Airport for bundle packages! Right time to plan your visit and indulge in family fun.
