How it tasted?
Yummylicious and just the way the cake should be! Moist, Not-too-sweet and Fresh…Also, the horn fondant was chewy and tasty. Importantly, the birthday girl loved the surprise, the cake and its taste ♥
BIG smile and CAN’T-WAIT-TO-CUT-and-EAT face tells it all. Of course, those moments of how to cut such a cute unicorn happened in between.
Buttercream and Chocolate sponge. My kids loved it, we loved it and grandma also loved it. The seal of approval from 3 generations! 🙂
The whole cakelicious idea behind Nanatang
The brand nanatang was created 3 years ago out of interest and definitely with passion as well. Serena used to bake whenever could – during weekends or at night. However, this year in May, she decided to quit her full-time job and focus her time on baking. This was definitely not a very easy decision to make.
Serena says – there will be many obstacles ahead, especially when there are so many talented bakers around us. But I really love and enjoy baking so I decided to give it a shot! I gave myself a 6-months period to grow this baby of mine and also to take this opportunity to upgrade my baking skills and techniques. Starting small for now, making full use of the boundless and powerful online platforms to pave my way to the dream of owning a cafe in the future.
We feel it needs courage to plunge into something that you love. Kudos!
